"We visited for the first time last night and not only was the food exceptional, the staff were also top notch! I have an egg allergy and the staff were great at accommodating and recommending different menu options! We had the zucchini fries and whipped ricotta and honeycomb as a starter and both were fantastic! The steak and frites as the main were cooked to perfection and the cocktails we tried were fun and flavorful! Such a gem in downtown Franklin, we will definitely be back!!"

"Went with my partner and her parents. The server was really personable and recommended the zucchini fries for an appetizer. They were really good. For dinner, I got the chicken parmesan, she got the steak frites and they got a salmon dish. My meal was good and my party said theirs were as well. I saw some drinks being made and they looked good, I would return to try some of those as well."

"We did the Valentine’s Day special. Granted, this menu was special and not their norm, and given this is our first trial, we will come back to review their normal menu. The presentation was cute, and the serving staff was awesome and responsive. I am big on supporting local, so I would go and try it out. I also do not drink, and obviously that is a big part of their service, with 14 pages of options. All in all, the staff is amazing, the place is nice, the food just didn’t hit."

"This place is a gem! We drove 2 hours south to check The Foundry out and we will absolutely be back! Out starters, entrees, and desserts were all top notch! Oh, I didn’t mention the smoked old fashions… The staff, atmosphere, owner, cocktails, and food were great! Ask for Gracey…she was a star! If you haven’t been yet, what are you waiting for?"

"We’ve found our new favorite restaurant! Fantastic speak easy ambiance with intimate seating. We tried 3 different appetizers including including the honeycomb, artichoke, and French dip - all phenomenal. My smoked Old Fashioned was so good it required a second. Everything on the menu looked appealing and we shall endeavor to try it all!"

"Ordered the New Orleans Shrimp appetizer and the Smash Burger with fries. Excellent burger and fries. The Shrimp was my favorite. I had a martini with Bombay and some gorgonzola stuffed olives they made for me. We had reservations for 4 and were immediately seated. Couldn't ask for better service. We will definitely be returning."

"Stopped in at 9:00. Immediately sat. Waitress took our order and food was out fast. Wife got the wild mushroom with crispy polenta … it was amazing!! I got the Cajun shrimp and polenta very good personally I would have put a little less sauce on it but it was absolutely delicious. Check out this new star location!!!!"

"Really excellent food and service (Jeanna is very kind and professional). The wine (pinot grigio lacked a little in freshness) was only so so, but not bad. The fish & chips was prepared perfectly, seasoning and all. Very crispy batter, and the fish flaky and cooked absolutelyperfectly. Fries were very good too. Wow! If they cook all the dishes as perfectly as this one, this is going to be getting my # 1, best restaurant vote, in Franklin."
